It's been clear since we arrived in Miami that there's a wide appeal for our marine electronics - and two special guests and avid Garmin fans offer further proof. Reigning IZOD IndyCar Series champion Ryan Hunter-Reay will be in our booth Sunday from 2-3 p.m., and popular NASCAR driver Greg Biffle, who drives the No. 16 in the Sprint Cup Series, will be here Monday from 10-11 a.m. The first 100 people at each session get autographed hats. To give fans another chance to say hi, Ryan will be at Honda's marine display today from 1-3 p.m. And to thank everyone for visiting, Greg has provided a limited-edition replica stock car that we'll be giving away Monday to one lucky fan.
Any time you stop by, there's plenty to see and do in the booth. You can check out the new GPSMAP 8000 series, which brings a seamless "Glass Helm" look and feel to your boat, and the innovative quatix marine watch, offering marine data and integration right from your wrist. And you can get a better idea of the benefits of Garmin navigation by testing your skills on our simulator. Judging by the lines waiting to give it a try, we've often felt like we're a bunch of kids at an arcade. Just look for any of our helpful colleagues sporting the black Garmin logo and "The Power of Simple," which perfectly sums up these new product announcements. See you at the booth!
