We don't often toot our own horns around here at Garmin, but today we're going to make an exception.  That's because today is the annual kickoff to Garmin's annual United Way funraising drive.  It's perfect weather for a company-wide outdoor "carnival" featuring such midway staples as corn dogs, Frito pie, and cotton candy.  About a dozen agencies who benefit from the United Way of Greater Kansas City will be on hand as well to demonstrate what a difference we can all make.

Last year, Garmin and its associates contributed over a half million dollars to the organization, and we're hoping to break that record this year.  There are plenty of groups and individuals that need our help these days, so we encourage you to do everything you can to help support them!
