GPSMAP 496 took first place. This result didn't surprise us much since the GPSMAP 496 has been on the market for several years and we often hear rave reviews about it from our customers. Even though it's a great product, it appears to have a formidable competitor from our newest portable series. The
aera is our new touchscreen portable series and it wasn't too far behind the GPSMAP 496 in votes. The aera has also received some very positive reviews lately. According to Max Trescott's Aviation Trends, "
