
In our quest to bring you the best site possible for all of your fitness needs,
Garmin Connect made some great improvements to the Calendar view with the last update in early December 2009. Along with the ability to add a manual activity to your activities list, we incorporated features to add goals and track weight right from the Calendar. To add goals and weight tracking on the Calendar, simply click the + in the upper left hand corner of the day you wish to alter, then click "Activity," "Goal," or "Weight." You'll be directed to the appropriate area so you can add your information. We'll be offering even more improvements to the Calendar with future releases.
