Send to GPS with Microsoft Live Search

Globe You’ve got to hand it to the smart folks in Redmond (specifically, Microsoft employees – but we’re sure everyone else in town is pretty nice, too.)  They know a thing or two about software and that’s why we’re excited to release another Send to GPS option. We’ve partnered with Microsoft for quite some time now. Their data keeps many nüvi owners in the know – providing them with traffic details, weather forecasts, movie times and more. And now, if you’re a Microsoft Live Search user, you have the ability to search and save destinations directly to your compatible Garmin GPS device. You can send your data via MSN Direct or straight from the web. In this video, we’ll show you how to find your destination online and send it to your compatible Garmin device. Follow along with Jake, our resident blog star, and see just how easy it is!
