The weather offered with the NavTraffic is nice, kinda like the nice weather forecasts you get on the local Weather Channel cable TV report. Nice but not very detailed. When the Weather Channel switches to the local radar screen, I can see exactly where it is raining.

When riding for pleasure, and coming to the intersection of two good motorcycling roads, I'd prefer to take the road that is dry. Having the Nexrad weather radar image, superimposed on top of my road display, would sure come in handy.

Again, having the forecast is nice, but I would rather have up-to-the-minute weather information during my long rides.

One more specific example. The forecast for Dallas yesterday was for rain all day. When the front came thru town there was a fast moving wall of high winds, baseball sized hail, heavy rain, and a couple tornados. If I had the Nexrad radar I could have merely adjusted my path to avoid the potentially lethal fast moving wall of hell.

any recommendations on BlueTooth headsets? specifically to hear the sound from the Zumo but not especially interested in an intercom
