Good news for Mac users who also use the Forerunner or Edge. Garmin Training Center is now compatible with Mac! If you'll be at Macworld next week, make sure you stop by our booth to pick up a free Training Center software CD. If you're not planning to be in San Francisco, visit our website in late January and you'll be able to download the software for free.

I've been waiting for this release for a very long time and know that a lot of people are in the same situation. I was just wondering if the English language version would be made available any time soon? I understand that coding language support to programs does take time, but where's the harm in uploading the English version in the meantime?

To our Mac friends who didn’t make it to Macworld and are anxiously awaiting Training Center’s debut on Garmin.com, here’s the skinny: the software scored by Macworld attendees is English-only. Software posted on our website is an “official” release, which simply means it includes language support for our customers all over the world. Translations add a little extra time to the release process, thus the slightly longer lead time to the web. It won’t be much longer now we, we promise.

I am eargerly waiting for this release ! I will be able to use my Forerunner 301 directly on my MacbookPro, getting rid of my old PC.
Just one qestion (I am very impatient !) : why have we to wait until late january to get this download if it's already available on CD at MacWorld ?
