The Garmin Store: 11.11.06

Store1_1 Store5 Store6

We're working 24/7 to make sure our flagship retail store is open in time for the holiday season.  So mark your calendars -- November 11th is the formal grand opening!  We're planning all sorts of fun stuff for that date, so if you're in Chicago, 663 North Michigan Avenue is the place to be on the 11th.  If you're not there, get there!  Stay tuned to this location for updates on the day's festivities.

Comments:

I presently own a Garmin GPS12. Your old standby! I was deer hunting a few years back when my son had arrowed a buck just before dark in Northern MI. We tracked the deer for over an hour in the the thick swamp before we found it. I had a coleman lantern and my son had a flashlight. While he took over the dressing, I headed for the vehicle to find the best way out. Atop a blowdown I stepped thru the tangle; breaking the mantle in my lantern. With no moon to guide me I was at a loss as to where I was at. Out came the Garmin from my pack and regardless of the overhead cover it took me back to the truck within a few feet. If it wasn't for an outstanding product we would have been spending some lengthy "quality time" in the woods that night.
Thanks Garmin
Darryl French
